"Ringjuku" is a private school for business person, established in 1998 in Osaka by ex-McKinsey consultant, tax accountant, university professors, researcher from think tank, and business executive.

At this private school, they invited Mr. Ikujiro Nonaka, who is famous for his work in "The Knowledge-Creating Company: How Japanese Companies Create the Dynamics of Innovation " to give a special lecture.
